Nvidia Tegra 3 Powered Xolo T1000 Leaks Online.

A day after Xolo launched it’s latest budget quad-core offering in the Indian market, the Xolo Q700, a new leak has surfaced which suggests that the company might launch a Nvidia Tegra 3 powered smartphone in the country.

Dubbed as the Xolo T1000, the smart phone is expected to feature a 1.5GHz Nvidia Tegra 3 quad-core chip under the hood, which is paired with 1GB of RAM and ULP GeForce GPU . Tegra 3 is the same processor which runs inside the popular Google Nexus 7 as well. If the leaked specifications are indeed true, it will be the first time Lava uses the Nvidia chip inside its smartphone
Previously, the company has used MediaTek processors to power its budget quad-core devices. Xolo has also partnered with Intel, and last year, it introduced the Xolo X900, first Intel Medfield-based smartphone. The company has recently launched the X900′s successor, the Xolo X1000 in India.

Coming to the Xolo T1000, the leaked specs sheet suggests that the smart phone will get a 4.7-inch HD IPS display and for shutterbugs, it will feature an 8 megapixel camera at the back, which is capable of recording videos in Full HD. At the front, the smart phone gets a 2 megapixel camera for video calling.

Running on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, the Xolo T1000 is expected to house a 2,000 mAh battery as well.
Finally, the leak suggests that the Xolo T1000 will be launched in India this month, at a price of Rs.15,999, which means that the smartphone will be a direct competitor to the Micromax Canvas HD, which is powered by the MediaTek MT 6589 CPU.
