Lava Iris 406Q is the first budget Indian device which promises a Kitkat upgrade. Lava Iris 406Q presently runs on Android Jelly Bean version 4.3 but the phone comes with a promised KitKat upgrade. It is a dual SIM device and boasts of some strong specifications for a budget price model. It comes with a WVGA IPS 4-inch display with a resolution of 400 x 800 pixels.
Lava Iris 406Q boasts of a quad-core 1.2 GHz snapdragon processor.Lava Iris 406Q comes with 1GB RAM with 4GB internal memory, of which 2.25 GB is user-available. There's also a MicroSD card slot which supports expansion upto 32GB. Lava Iris 406Q comes with a 5MP rear end camera with fixed focus. The front cam is a basic VGA camera.
